Coach to Lead: How to use Coaching to Lead Businesses and People
After 12-weeks of learning and hands-on practice, graduates of this program will be proficient and certified (ICF and C-Me) in the following skills that match the values of the coaching and consulting industries. Students will learn foundational coaching best practices, how to implement leadership strategies, and how to use the C-Me psychometric assessment program to coach and consult at the highest levels, equipping them with the knowledge and certifications to stand out in a crowded, but growing, industry. Upon graduation, students will also have access to trysam.ai, an interactive AI client generation tool that matches their profiles with people seeking coaches.
